At Psychology for Life, we believe that supporting mental health also means supporting the communities where we live and work. As a psychology clinic serving Barrie, Bracebridge, and surrounding areas, we are proud to partner with local organizations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
This June, we had the privilege of sponsoring two outstanding charity golf tournaments that raised funds for important causes in Simcoe and Muskoka.
Supporting the Bracebridge Lions Foundation
On Thursday, June 11, 2026, Psychology for Life proudly sponsored the Bracebridge Lions Club Golf Tournament in Bracebridge, Ontario.
The tournament supports the Bracebridge Lions Foundation, with all proceeds remaining in the local community to fund projects and initiatives that address important community needs. Organizations like the Bracebridge Lions Club play a vital role in improving the lives of local residents, and we were honoured to contribute to an event that gives back so generously.
Supporting Precious Paws Dog Rescue
On Saturday, June 13, 2026 we were also proud to sponsor Precious Paws Dog Rescue‘s 15th Annual Golf Fore Dogs Tournament.
The event was a tremendous success, raising an incredible $22,000 to support rescue dogs across Ontario. The funds raised will help provide veterinary care, foster support, rehabilitation, and forever homes for dogs in need.
We are grateful for the dedication of the volunteers, organizers, sponsors, and participants who made this event possible and helped improve the lives of countless rescue animals.
